Nuno Sá

Nuno Sá moved to the islands of the Azores to pursue his dream of living a life connected with the sea. A full-time underwater cameraman since 2015, Nuno Sá was part of the team of the BBC series - Blue Planet 2, in 2018 he won a BAFTA award as well as a Panda award for his participation in this documentary series. Today he works as an underwater cinematographer on landmark natural history productions for major broadcast companies such as Disney, National Geographic and Netflix. In 2019 he produced the series “Sea, the last frontier”, a multi-awarded major series about the sea of Portugal, created in partnership with Oceanário de Lisboa and Fundação Oceano Azul.
