José Marques

Former President of Sabrosa’s Municipal Chamber and with a vast experience and knowledge in multi-organizational projects around the theme of circumnavigation. He was the driving force behind the creation of the World Network of the Magellan’s cities and the Network of Universities of Magellan and is now President of the Structure of the Mission for the Commemorations of the V Centenary of Circum-navigation commanded by the Portuguese navigator Fernão de Magalhães.
