António Guterres

A Portuguese engineer, politician and diplomat who has served as the ninth secretary-general of the United Nations since 2017. 

António Guterres was also Portugal's Prime Minister between 1995 and 2002 and General Secretary of the Socialist Party between1992 and 2002. He was President of the Socialist International between 1999 and 2005.
